My Doggy is Awesome

My dog learned a new trick with her elephant toy, "Get the Elephant." I say, "Atreus, Get the Elephant!!" and she'll jump onto her toy elephant! She's too cute, and I love her.
Here's a video, not very good lighting or quality. I'll try and get a better one next time I owe her a treat :D

Xmas Tree

Our Tree! USA theme. Sorry this isn't the greatest photo, my camera hates nighttime for some reason. My dog posed for me. :)
a sign over the doorway to the "back" part of our home... if you can call it that. From vinylology.com
My cute Santa pillow, I'm so proud of them, I think they are sooo cutie cute.
Check out my doggy posing with the couch and Santa pillows. Cute huh?

Christmas Decorations

YAY We finally get to put up our Christmas Tree and decorations!! Unfortunatly I don't have any paperclips OR ordiment hooks so I will post photos of our tree after I get that situation all... situated. :) Until then... here are a few of the cute things around the house. Love love.

Marinos

Last night we went to a cute restaurant called Marinos. Its the Japanese way of running an Italian resteraunt, and I have to say they do an excellent job. We love the food! We get a "Dinner for Two" called "La Marino" and it comes with salad, pasta, pizza, and dessert(pictured above). So yummy and quite a treat for us when we have a formal Date Night. Last night we did a "double date night" with another childless-couple with whom we've been spending a lot of time with. It was a fun time and it was great to get out of the house (and quite frankly - out of the obligation to cook dinner and clean up after!). Hopefully we'll be trying more exciting and yummy restaurants, as well as finding new sights, as it is our last year on island. :D

100 Yen

Danny and I went to the 100 Yen store to find goodies to send back to our families back in the states. It was fun and I took some pictures of some of the neat things we found. Enjoy!

Photography

So recently, Danny showed me how to use a camera.. here's what I came up with.. (lol)
I'd love to learn how to use a real camera (as opposed to a point-and-shoot digital camera) and photograph children as a hobby. It's a lot more fun to play around with photography when the photos actually come out looking fairly decent.
I've also fallen back into web design. It's been years since I played around with it, but I suppose after finding myself with way too much free time on my hands, it wasn't such a bad thing to fall into after all. Its very time consuming and will be fairly useful one day.. maybe.
